I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at Rutgers University, working in the Integrated Systems and Neuroimaging Laboratory leaded by Dr. Laleh Najafizadeh.
I am passionate in developing wearable and intelligent health monitoring systems, by excavating information from sensor signals using machine learning methodologies. Currently, in close collaboration with researchers from the Case Western Reserve University, I am working on building generalizable deep learning models for cuff-less blood pressure estimation.
I and Dr. Najafizadeh founded The PulseLab Team, and released PulseLab and PulseDB. PulseLab is the first interactive and open-source MATLAB toolbox, with affiliated GUI that let users to interact with the whole process of pulse arrival time-based cuff-less blood pressure estimation. PulseDB is a large and cleaned dataset designed for fairly and reproducibly benchmarking cuff-less blood pressure estimation methods.
